Why routinefrei exists

Hi, I'm Homam. I founded routinefrei because in businesses large and small I kept seeing the same thing: good people spending their evenings on inboxes, quotes and appointment lists, even though many of these steps can be automated with clear rules.

I advise you and then build the automation myself. I also take care of running it, so you have the same contact person throughout. I build websites to the same standard: small, fast and a good fit for your business.

How we work

On the technical side I work with open-source automation. We define hosting and model region per project, and your team gets documentation that is easy to understand. What is available in the customer workspace today is listed on the solutions page: Gmail and Google Calendar are the core; we connect other systems as a separate project after a technical review.

The registered office, the person authorised to represent the business and contact details are listed in the legal notice.

What is fixed in writing beforehand

Before anything is built, the quote is in place: fixed price, scope and delivery date. Ongoing API and phone costs are listed in it as a separate item; they are not hidden in the fixed price. We agree and document hosting, model region, subprocessors and data flows before going live, and if we process personal data on your behalf, we first conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
