Hi, I'm Homam. I founded routinefrei because I kept seeing the same pattern in small businesses: skilled people spending their evenings clearing inboxes, preparing quotes and organizing appointments, even though those tasks can now be automated reliably.

routinefrei brings consulting and implementation together. I identify where automation will deliver real value, then build the solution myself. There are no rotating project teams and no junior consultants: you work directly with the person responsible for consulting, implementation and operations. Ongoing API and phone costs are shown transparently as a separate line item, nothing is hidden in the calculation.

How quickly do we see results?

The pilot automation goes live within 14 days. An automation sprint takes two to six weeks, depending on scope. You feel the difference where it counts: in your inbox, in appointment coordination and in your evenings off.

What happens to our data?

Before production, we agree and document the hosting, model region, subprocessors and data flows for each project. For particularly sensitive data, we assess additional European or locally operated options. If we process personal data on your behalf, a suitable data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is signed before production.

Will this replace our employees?

No, it gives them time back. What gets automated is the routine: the sorting, the retyping, the reminding, the following up. The decisions, the advice and the craft stay with your people. Especially with a skills shortage, that is often the difference between "we can manage it" and "we can't".
